First South Bank - has a job opening for a Customer Service Associate
Job Description:
A Customer Service Associate is considered a critical link between the Bank and our customers. This position is responsible for providing a variety of sales and service functions, including informing customers about products/services offered. Assist new and existing customers with their immediate, short term and long term financial needs in all aspects of their banking relationship through You First service and problem solving. This position regularly combines all aspects of the transaction functions, customer service and actively involves business line partners and shipmates from the support staff to deliver the You First Experience.
Education:
High school diploma or GED. Continuing education classes in banking-related courses helpful. CRC Preferred.
Experience:
Three to six months cash handling and customer service experience is required. Previous banking experience is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidate must be outgoing, sales-oriented, reliable and conscientious with excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of branch policies and procedures, bank products and operations is a must. Proficiency with the Bank’s core teller system is required.
